If you don't take a second Master in a brawl you get an extra 10 points to hire your force.

When you take a Henchman as a Master in a Scrap you get extra points to spend, However the Soulstone pool you can start the game with will be limited.

You may attach an Avatar onto any of your Masters, each Avatar attached costs 2 Soulstones.

If the Viktorias is teamed with another Master in a Brawl you have 5 less Soulstones to spend

Model hired as a Mercenary from another faction and therefore costs 1 more Soulstone than normal to hire. You can normally only hire 2 mercenaries.

Model doesn't cost extra Soulstone due to Comes Cheap

Model costs 2ss extra due to High Class or Elite Mercenary

Model is part of a Special Force. You are normally limited to hiring only 2 members per leader in your crew. If you have a Henchman in your crew it removes this limitation from their Special Force. Both Zoraida and Ramos can also remove the limitation for a Special Force.

For each model with Aetheric Demands: non-Neverborn crews take, one of their Masters or Henchmen can't attach totems.

G.I. - Model hired using Hamelin's Growing Influence ability, the model is sacrificed if it activates more than 10" away from him.

A.S. - Model hired using Vanessa's Arcanist Sympathizer ability. When you hire Vanessa you may hire a non-living Arcanist model which becomes a Mercenary.

For every two Guild Hounds you purchase you gain 1 Soulstone to your pool at the start of the Encounter due to Guild Kennels.

Nightmares hired by the Dreamer add 1 Soulstone to your pool at the start of the Encounter up to a maximum of 5

When you hire a Spawn Mother you get a free base of Gupps included with her due to her Mama ability
